Unsafe Positive: Small, but comfortable bed. TV and kettle worked. Didn’t use anything else. Negative: Stains on bed settee/units. Holes in walls, no kitchen door. Bins broken. Poor standard of everything. Radiator hanging off bathroom wall. Paint-sealant spills all over bath. Cracked sink. Handrail up bottom stairs not fixed to wall properly. Dusty bedside lamps. Overpowering smell from takeaway- thus told not to open kitchen window by cooker. No fans if not. Arrived to find others bags of rubbish on doorstep and hall full of laundry. Rubbish/clothes spewed in street. Windows cracked. First aid kit virtually empty. Curtains don’t fit windows on front. Presume upstairs must have laminate as noise of just walking about was horrendous ( couldn’t hear any other noise apart from music from hotel opposite). Fridge/Freezer full of ice.

Negative: There was so dirty, top of Indian Kettering, smells like a beast. So, you should be go away.

Barry Island reviews Positive: The rooms were neat. Negative: Slight smell in the kitchen/Bathroom but that could be because the take away shop below.

Wouldn’t stay again because of the smell Positive: Great location, very clean Negative: Property is situated above an Indian takeaway The property reeked of curry even with having the windows open. It was quite nauseating but luckily because we had plenty of activities booked we literally only slept here.

We made magical memories! Positive: The flat had everything we needed and its location was perfect! I enjoyed the fact we had numerous messages stating we could contact them anytime with any concerns, as our stay mattered to them. Negative: Nothing. There was minor wear and tear from others but it is to be expected overtime.
