A decent stay with room for improvement Positive: The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was in a great location, with pubs and shops conveniently nearby. Negative: Check-in was incredibly confusing as we were given several different PIN codes, making it unclear which one we actually needed. There were no keys in the key safe on arrival, and we only managed to access our room because the cleaner told us the correct PIN. There were also a few maintenance issues. The TV remote didn’t work, and the kitchen cupboards were falling apart. Overall, I felt the stay was overpriced, especially as there was an additional non-refundable £25 damage fee on top of the booking cost. For the price paid, I expected a much smoother check-in process and better-maintained accommodation.

I really had a swell time staying in the apartment..everything was right in place, I didn’t have to worry about anything Positive: The apartment looked really nice and neat.. also very nice environment. Negative: The whole decor caught my attention the most.
