Positive: Location was half way between city centre and the docks on a long promenade so was a perfect location. The duplex was more spacious than expected and with secure parking was good value for money.

Positive: Close to the city centre of Cardiff Negative: The apartment had not been cleaned. I am currently liaising with the company with a complaint. It was not acceptable at all. We had to clean the fridge before we could place groceries in there. The oven and bin had old food left in them, with mold growing. The place had not been hoovered. The manager came out to clean the oven the following morning. I am expecting a partial refund or some sort of compensation. However, the manager is yet to get back to me, and it will be a week tomorrow since I put my complaint in.
