Fantastic location, excellent communication, would recommend.
Positive: The location was fantastic, so close to both city centre and the Bay Area.
Negative: The bedrooms whilst adequate were on the small side. Starting to look a bit tired in places.

Great location short walk to city centre
Positive: Great size rooms and great location very clean
Negative: Too many steps to get to the room, no clothes dryer, kitchen cupboards doors coming off hinges, one bin had banana peel left in it from previous guests

Great location but unfortunately wasn't my liking
Positive: Location was great.
Negative: Communication wasn't great over weekend. The apartment creaked on every move! It smelt of dog badly on entrance to building and the carpets in the flat itself. The sofas were uncomfortable and smelt. The one bed was hard. There was dust in skirting boards.

Positive: Location was half way between city centre and the docks on a long promenade so was a perfect location. The duplex was more spacious than expected and with secure parking was good value for money.
