Great place to stay. Thank you! Positive: Secure area, nice and cosy place. Very clean and resourceful, we had anything at a hand's grasp. Easy to communicate with the host, received all the necessary information. Easy to use personalised portal. Everything customer oriented. Thank you! Negative: Besides being at the second floor, there's nothing to complain about, a bit of cardio on the stairs didn't harm.

A lovely apartment. Positive: Clean comfortable and spacious.Good to have free secure parking. Negative: Didn't like to have to choose to pay either an additional damage waiver payment of £25 or deposit of £195. I hadn't spotted this clause when I booked.Extra inconvenience.

Positive: Location Near both the bay and city...and my daighter who lives in same road! Well appointed, fresh, clean, warm. Comfy beds.

Amazing stay in a beautiful apartment Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Tutu Suite in Cardiff. The environment was lovely and calm, making it very relaxing. The apartment was sparkling clean, and check-in was seamless with clear and helpful instructions from the host. The WiFi was excellent, and the free parking was a great bonus. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
