It did not live up to our expectations and the photos do not reflect the reality. Would not book again. Positive: On a nice housing estate, 20 minute walk from Whitchurch High Street. Negative: Bathroom needs a complete refurbishment, shower head will not stay in place and droops towards wall. Water pressure is very weak. Toilet handle is loose. It’s all very dated and unpleasant. Bedding on one of the beds was soiled and there was a used glass by the bed. Several long hairs in the shower area and by the sink. We felt that the property had not been cleaned before our stay. 2nd bedroom has emergency exit light which shines green through the night, this was partially covered with tin foil, this room which opens to a conservatory was very cold.

Positive: It was well cleaned. There was attention to details. The free parking was really helpful. I really liked the place. It felt like home. Negative: There was delay in response to emails and messages from the App. For example, we requested for a late checkout. We got a message that the request is being processed, however we didn't hear anything till we had to call them on the last day, unfortunately the request could not be granted which meant we had to hurriedly check out. But the staff on the phone was helpful and gave us extra one hour. So it may be better to call than to rely on messages. This however did not change my good impression about the place.
