An excellent stay, we would return. Positive: The property was immaculately presented, fresh, modern with pleasant decor throughout. Booking was straightforward, a security deposit is required externally through the property management company, but was confirmed as legitimate by booking.com The property has most things you need for a short stay or an extended break. It is quiet in the evening on weekdays and parking is not a problem most of the time. I forgot something after checkout and the house keeper was very accommodating and allowed me to retrieve it. We loved the place, and would book through Koya again. Negative: The florist below the property is very loud, weekdays the music comes on at 0845, and on a Saturday it was 0745. One woman who works there in particular is very loud. No lazy mornings in bed. Weekends are also very loud, being on the high street. Most things were catered for, but some basics were missing. A collander, some basic cooking utensils, we purchased basic cooking spatulas, spoons etc and just left them at the property for future use. Small things like empty washing liquid on arrival for doing dishes also. Some info was missing in the welcome book also so we had a bit of a guessing game to find where to put the rubbish. But overall a most excellent stay, and highly recommended.

It was just perfect. Enjoyed my stay. Positive: Clean and modern apartment, lovely decorations. Perfect location, close to shops. Train station is just a few minutes walk away. It was a great stay and I will be coming back.
