Positive: Location was great with a very short walk to all the town amenities. The pool table at the property was a lot of fun and good entertainment. Negative: The property is described as trendy but we think a better description would be to say it's a period property with some modern features (wifi, big screen tvs). The property needs a bit of updating and things like locks on bathroom door etc needs sorting out. We looked high and low for an ice cube tray but couldn't find one anywhere, although the kitchen was pretty well equipped otherwise. Despite notifying the agents of our car reg twice, I was asked a third time to supply the details before I finally received an acknowledgement. I was also told that the £195 security deposit would not come out of my bank account but would just be held until we checked out with no breakages/damages......I was surprised to find that the money had actually been taken from my account 2 days before we checked in!! I hope to speak to someone regarding this issue tomorrow.

Short family break in a very nice apartment. Recommended. Positive: Really nice apartment. Felt very cosy and comfortable. It's nice to have the place to yourselves. Everything that you need is available within the apartment including a pool table and extra games (nice touch). Central heating and hot water available throughout. Negative: There were some issues with locks/latches on doors, especially the bathroom door.

Positive: Easy lock box access to enter and leave Negative: Bins were full unable to use so we had to leave all our rubbish and felt bad Communication was limited and delayed responses Upstairs toilet was blocked when arrived and unable to use during stay Oven was not good hardly worked Handles on doors were very loose needs some fixing

Has potential Positive: Fair location, but street parking is on a steep hill and very narrow. Beds were comfortable, and the property had the potential to be very good. Negative: Overwhelming smell of damp upon entering the property which did not resolve. Not enough lounge seating if 6 people visited. No actual dining table, the converted snooker table was very high to eat from. A lot of extension cables around the property plus old TV aerial cable (not used) left on the floor. We had several other issues , some were resolved upon calling Koya Properties office. Photos online gave a better view of the property, but it needs maintenance. Has potential to be great property with some TLC.
