Then no one will be available or reply to your messages. So you either pay more than expected or you risk giving a deposit to someone that already deceived you once. Plus, the location has a bad reputation and not a great shower.

Good for a quick trip. Positive: We had a lovely stay here, host was nice and helpful throughout the trip. Location is also good and just a quick drive into the city. Quiet road with ample parking, no issues through out stay. 3 of us at the property and there was sufficient space for us all. many thanks.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was as described, and the stay made our holiday even more enjoyable. Would happily stay here again!

Lovely accommodation with all we needed for a comfortable stay Positive: A very pleasant, well decorated home with everything we could need apart from washing up liquid. Very comfy beds. Kitchen well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Negative: As an older man with a need for night time visits to the toilet it was a little inconvenient to have to go down stairs to the bathroom. The walk into the city centre was a bit further than expected

Adequate Positive: Location not great a very run down area of Cardiff. Parking was helpful. Negative: The backyard was filled with bins and rubbish and unusable. Also the extra charge for my dog was not disclosed or highlighted at the point of booking and as I had said I was travelling with a dog I had assumed the quoted price reflected that. The extra cost was not disclosed until after the last date of cancellation. It was then presented as an additional charge. The bedding was cheap and the pillows uncomfortable. There is just one 2 seater sofa in the living room (not 2 sofas as in the photos) so if 4 people were staying at the property there wouldn’t be space for everyone to be seated.
