Adequate Positive: Location not great a very run down area of Cardiff. Parking was helpful. Negative: The backyard was filled with bins and rubbish and unusable. Also the extra charge for my dog was not disclosed or highlighted at the point of booking and as I had said I was travelling with a dog I had assumed the quoted price reflected that. The extra cost was not disclosed until after the last date of cancellation. It was then presented as an additional charge. The bedding was cheap and the pillows uncomfortable. There is just one 2 seater sofa in the living room (not 2 sofas as in the photos) so if 4 people were staying at the property there wouldn’t be space for everyone to be seated.

Great location to the City Positive: A beautiful home With beautiful deco and Free parking out side, very close to the Utility Arena , in the city and it also had private courtyard . Negative: The only problem was the WiFi, but even that wasn't to bad in the end.

Ok, but............. Positive: Nice decor, comfy beds, plenty of parking, close drive to Cardiff centre. Negative: I wouldn't recommend this place, nor will I stay here again: •No key code given until card details are left via a 3rd party website, only told 1hr before check in! They hung up, 3 times, when I refused! Eventually they granted access. •Sofas are very uncomfortable •No tea towels. Oven gloves were covered in dried pizza! •Most radiators were individually turned off, we had to manually turn them back on, probably trying to save on energy costs? •Only bathroom (downstairs) is very cold, even with the radiator on

Positive: Comfortable and homely.
