Not worthwhile, was dirty and the communication was terrible Negative: Place is really dirty and the administration never replied any of the concerns. Communication was terrible. I made three different requests and I never got a response. All I got was automated messages telling me “my comfort was a priority.” Place had a lot of dust and garbage behind the couches, all the cutlery and dishes were dirty and with stains. Main lock had issues and I had to figure out how to fix it.

Home from home Positive: A modern, good sized two bedroomed bungalow which was clean and nicely decorated. It was well located in a quiet neighbourhood with parking to the rear. On street parking if needed; on a quiet residential road with little passing traffic which felt safe. Both an Asda and Lidl were within 10 mins walk and it took us 6 mins to walk to the train station where we took a train directly into Cardiff central thus eliminating the stress of driving and finding city parking. The beds were comfortable. Two large smart tv's; one in the living area and one in one of the bedrooms had streaming services. Kitchen had all the basics and more besides. There was great communication, pre, during and after stay. It felt very homely and secure and safe. Everything worked and everything was there to make for a pleasant and comfortable stay. A true home from home. Would definitely stay here again Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like. The small step into the one bedroom caught us out a couple of times to start with but once remembered it was there that was not a problem.
