All items included.. towels, shower gel etc. Negative: Be aware there is a damage waiver to pay after booking. £25 non refundable or £195 refunded after 5-7 days stay. It is in the legal bit but something that should brought to your attention before booking. Cameras on front and back door. Understand this is a security process but felt a bit big brother.

A convenient and spacious bungalow with a useful garden which needs a bit more regular maintenance . Positive: The bungalow was spacious and bright, and very conveniently placed for our relation's home. The heating was good, and the garden and proximity to several open spaces were great for our dog(although see below for notes about the state of the garden) .The area was quiet and friendly, with shops for essentials within reasonable distance. We appreciated the use of the iron, ironing board, microwave and radio, and the 2nd television in one of the bedrooms, which worked properly. Negative: 1.The TV in the sitting room did not work properly- faulty remote control? 2. There were only 3 forks in the kitchen, no colander, only 1 tea towel and no hand towel in the kitchen. 3. The supply of tea bags, coffee and milk sachets etc was minimal. 4. No salt or pepper supplied. 5. No mattress or pillow protectors on the beds. 6. 2 of the 4 dining chairs had frayed/broken seats. 7. There were lots of cigarette butts, bits of broken plastic and metal etc amongst the slate chippings in the garden, plus an open bag of sand which had spilled over in one corner. We had to clear the broken metal and plastic odds and ends to make it safe for our dog to walk on. 8. A small token of Christmas would have been nice for a Christmas visit! 9. We found other people's shower gel and cream in the bathroom, and a very dusty single motorbike glove under the sofa bed! 10. The central light in the sitting room flickered a lot, and neither of the lights outside the french doors in the sitting room nor the front door worked at all. We left a note for the cleaner with most of these points in, but feel someone should check lightbulbs, TV remote controls etc on a regular basis to ensure everything is working properly Also, there were several areas with damaged paint (green) in the sitting room which could be touched up easily between guests to maintain a high standard.

Great location, comfortable & good for my disabled mum. Positive: Had someone with mobility issues staying with us and it was easy for them to move around, the bathroom was close to one of the bedrooms & the beds were a good height & comfortable. There are a couple of steps in and out of the front door but it looked like there was possibly wheelchair access from the back door. The disabled guest was capable of going up and down a few steps so it was great for us. Easy location to catch transport to city centre and quiet & comfortable. Negative: My bed was a little too soft and we were nervous about the on street parking as we had 2 cars. Also I'm not a fan of the security deposit situation but I completely understand given the location!

Positive: Nearly broke my neck falling down step in the bedroom as no lights in hallway and no marking.s, staff dont answer messages or emails. Totally ignored. Twisted my knee and fell into metal frame. Night ruined by one thing that could esoly have been avoided with better lighting and mind the step. Negative: To nit have a twisted knee and be ignored by staff
