Positive: Always quiet Negative: Heating and hot water broken again. Broke previous week and instructed to refill boiler myself. Not fixed and this week again refilled boiler. When I pointed out this was not acceptable the owner advised me "it was fine last week" I pointed out that I was there last week and it was not. Had to phone again the next day as boiler was off and no hot water. Wen out and purchased a fan heater as so cold.

Positive: Always nice and quiet. Near to station into cardiff Central. Negative: Seagulls are early risers in cardiff.

Positive: Always stay here Monday to Thursday as feels safe for single woman at uni. Negative: Nothing.

Central location, reliable wifi, best suited for 2 people Positive: Reliable Wifi & fairly central location. Negative: Property is not really suited for 4 Adults more so 2 Adults & 2 kids. Fairly full on check in process with "boarding pass" which is not released until official check in time. At check in found property was freezing cold with no heating on at all plus hot water was switched off, instructions to put the heating on are lacking & its basically work it out yourself plus we finally found the switch to put the hot water on, I messaged the hosts immediately but unfortunately didn't get a response back until the next morning. Facilities are basic but passable & rooms are small & don't allow you to have your suitcases open constantly during your stay. In the end it served a purpose however wouldn't book again.
