Nice modern house could do with a update inside maybe get rid of the stained carpet . not very clean and smelt musty ins Positive: Modern feel Negative: Not cleaned very well ,need decorating ,tv control missing in bedroom not quite as near to everything as advertised

Very pleased a couple of hiccups that could do with some tlc but over all would definitely return Positive: Ideal for what we wanted but was nothing like the picture on booking.com no grass in back garden and garden furniture not fit for use which was a shame when we had such lovely weather we used our beach chairs to sit in Negative: Had everything u needed beds clean and comfortable

Positive: Great property. Very nice decorations. Very clean. Very well organised. Easy to park on nearby road.

I am not impressed. Positive: Tidy Negative: First it was not told up front that there was a security deposit. We only knew about it after I booked and paid for the nonrefundable booking . Then there was a link sent to complete your booking and registration and you can’t proceed unless you pay the £25 non refundable or the £195 refundable security deposit for damages. Second there was a stain on the bedsheet which I’m not sure if it is clean or not . Then several wallpaper were torn and they want you to pay £25 for security deposit . Third dining chairs are flimsy . Lastly I called their customer service to report about the bedsheet with stain, Charity said the property manager will call me but no one did . They also asked me to send the photos but nothing happened.

Perfect stay Positive: Perfect place to stay for Wales! Negative: There are a few scuffs and chips around the house and we were worried we would be blamed for these as we had a dog with us. We took pictures on the day we got in the house but this was never mentioned by anyone so that's nice as we definitely didn't do any damage!
