The only good thing about this flat is the location. Positive: Good location. Negative: Very poor cleanliness and poor maintenance. The flat had a horrible smell and it had flooring that was a tripping hazard.

Positive: Beautiful period property, super high ceilings, modern decor inside, nice furniture

Positive: Love the location as it was a short walk from the high street, 20 mins to The Knap and Barry Island. The view from the living room/ kitchen was very scenic nice to sit and look at and the decor of the place is warm and cosy. The shower in the ensuite has really good pressure, the bed is comfortable, and the TV built into the bed is a nice touch. The dining table that coverts into a snooker table was a nice addition. Negative: Its such a shame because the place has so much potential to be amazing. We arrived at the location and wasn't sent a code so we're left waiting outside after a long train journey. Didn't have to wait too long but its the fact we shouldn't have had to wait. When we got inside, the place didn't smell too great and the smell of smoke was constant (the whole stay) which made it hard to relax. We couldn't connect to the Wifi and called to report this they said would get a call back once they looked into why. Never got a call back but luckily my husband figured out the right password. Not sure why they didn't give the right password and don't know it themselves. Although the place has a nice feel and felt comfortable (apart from the smell of smoke) there are quite a few things that need paying attention too. The smell on entry needs to be cleaner, the windows were filthy and spoilt the view, the fridge smelt and was broken inside, the door floor trim on entry to the living room was broken so a tripping hazard. The floor in the kitchen, bathroom was warped and stains on bedroom carpet. The shower door kept opening by itself.
