Fantastic view Positive: Great facilitys Negative: Funny smell in bedroom like damp

Great place to stay but I found the admin a bit of a faff. Positive: Location was excellent, the flat was spacious and comfortable. There was on street parking which was convenient. The flat was quiet and there was a great view and morning sunshine. Someone came in 10 minutes when the hot water didn't work. Negative: Getting in was a faff. We were promised the key code and had to contact them to get it via a portal. The hot water stopped working but it was fixed very quickly. The advertised parking space didn't exist. We were directed to Justpark when looking for parking on the Portal. There was a deposit of £250 option which we took but management couldn't tell us if they were deducting any deposit when I contacted them in the afternoon after we left. They have seven days to decide apparently...

Extremely disappointing - DO NOT STAY HERE Positive: The property fell well below reasonable standards. The only positive was that a member of the team answered my calls when issues needed to be addressed and she did manage to get an engineer out to mend the heating which was not working on arrival. Negative: The property is in need of significant maintenance. Curtains are falling off, the oven and oven items are rusty and dirty, glassware and cutlery also dirty. Many items are broken or not working. The floors in both the main bathroom and ensuite are hazardous and require urgent replacement. The thermostat on the shower in the ensuite is faulty; the shower only providing scalding hot water. The property also requires a deep clean and redecoration.

The only good thing about this flat is the location. Positive: Good location. Negative: Very poor cleanliness and poor maintenance. The flat had a horrible smell and it had flooring that was a tripping hazard.
