Convenient location, well equipped property. Positive: Convenient location - 20mins walk to the beach. Well equipped - bedding, towels, kitchen supplies & washing machine. Negative: Poor cleaning standards - cobwebs floating around, hair behind beds. Low water pressure for bath & shower. Not well maintained with several damaged patches on the walls/flooring.

A practical small apartment in the centre of Barry - good for a short stop Positive: It was in a good location right on the high street ideal for what we were doing in Barry Negative: Very small & cramped, radiator hanging off the wall,. It wasn't the smartest of flats

Clean, secure property in a good location and for a reasonable price but nothing special and would look at other options Positive: It was in a good central location walkable to a few shops, restaurants and into town and a short drive from the beach. It was clean with some good facilities such as smart TV in the living room, washing machine etc Negative: There was quite a bit of damage throughout which made it look a bit rough despite being clean such as ripped Lino in the living room damage to walls etc. The TV in the bedroom was not smart so only had access to terrestrial TV channels in there. Also it says free parking but this is on the road outside and not guaranteed if already taken by other people. If a property is advertising free parking I would expect there to be an allocated space.

Would be a nice place if had a good clean and a lick of paint just needs to be kept better. Positive: Easy check in and out. Good location Negative: The cleanliness a lot of dirt on walls and under radiators. Needs a lick of paint all marks and scuffs on the wall. No cleaning spray provided if you want to wipe the kitchen down. Also Lino was ripped in several places.
