Horrible Positive: Nothing Negative: The property smelled really bad, was not cleaned very well and not in a suitable state of repair. If we had arrived in time, we would have found alternative accommodation straight away, Unfortunately we had no choice but to stay one out of the two nights booked, and checked out first thing in the morning, finding an alternative for our second night.

A convenient home away from home, with all the essential amenities, excellent transport links, easy access to shops, fri Positive: hat I liked most about this property was its excellent location. It is right on the high street, making it very central and within walking distance of shops, cafés, supermarkets, and other useful facilities. It is also easy to get a taxi or bus to Barry Island beach or Cardiff city centre. The property was convenient to access, with parking available and visitor parking permits, which made travelling by car much easier. Inside, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The washing machine, tumble dryer, and oven all worked perfectly. It was very convenient to be able to cook quick meals, such as a pizza, and wash and dry clothes ready to wear the next day, especially during a holiday. Another positive point was that there were staff available most days (except Sundays, if I remember correctly), so it was easy to get help or ask questions whenever needed. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this property because of its great location, practical facilities, and helpful support. Negative: There were only a couple of minor issues during my stay. The sofa sheet was not as clean as I expected on arrival. However, when I asked for clean sheets, they responded immediately and resolved the issue very quickly, which I really appreciated. The bedroom window could not be opened, which I assume is for safety reasons as the room is on the ground floor. This meant there was limited natural ventilation. However, a fan was provided, and the room did not become too hot, so it was not a major problem. Overall, these were only small inconveniences, and they did not affect my stay significantly.
