Property is in a good location and priced accordingly, if you don’t mind noisy neighbours ans being woken up all night ! Positive: The property was in a good location, 5 minute drive from the beach , and located on a busy high street . We had no problems finding parking. The property was very small but fine for two people. It was clean enough and had all the facilities we required. We have a dog and this property accommodated that well . Negative: The property was quite small and directly under permanent tenants, who were extremely loud all throughout the day but particularly at early hours of the morning such as 5-8am it was impossible to sleep though and would wake us constantly. It actually sounded like a heard of elephants above us stomping for hours on end. We could hear absolutely everything from them watching tv ,talking and then putting the washing machine on at 6am this shook the whole bedroom and went on for hours . Obviously we understand that we would hear some noise from other tenants but this was absolutely ridiculous !

Positive: Ideal little place perfect for contractors or anyone else visiting area

Positive: The location is good quiet Negative: Better house cleaning like the shower, sink in the bathroom needs unlocking.

Not too bad Positive: The location was key close to train station, Barry island just down the road shops parking outside with permit. Dog friendly place self check in was a great idea never done before but very easy Negative: Smaller than expected not really room for 3. Fews definitely need updating like lino in kitchen/lounge ripped walls could do with a paint as its not as fresh as the pictures
